K 12 Software charge for Shipping & Handling?
The shipping charge is listed at the top of website. We ship best way which means we may us US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Excludes heavy weight
items, which will be done at actual charges plus a nominal handling fee. Inetrnational orders, please contact us for a shipping quote and ordering instrustions.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Please contact us
for more info.
How long
does shipping take?
It
depends. Typically, items ship within 1-2 business days. However, we use
different shippers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) from different warehouses across the
country so actual shipping times may vary. If you would like to check the status
of your order, please send us an email.

Yes, K 12 Software can accept
international orders for most products we carry. Please email

What is
K 12 Software's Return Policy?
K
12 Software will only accept returns for Site Licenses, Network Versions, and
Hardware if they are defective. For all other products, K 12 Software will accept
returns for unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for
an RMA number before returning any product. Returns received without an RMA
number cannot be accepted. Software packages that have been opened cannot be
returned.
